Plantiful Veggie Pizza [Healthy + Vegan]

- Organic pizza sauce
- Mini pizza crust
- Miyoko's Creamery Organic Liquid Vegan Pizza Mozzarella
- Olive oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Asparagus
- Garlic
- Basil
- Chickpeas
- Bell pepper
- Broccoli
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Begin prepping veggies. Wash and cut up veggies.
Spread 1 tablespoon of red sauce on each mini pizza crust.
Add veggies and chickpeas. Drizzle desired amount of vegan cheese over the pizza.
Cook for 5-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Let cool for 1-2 minutes.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top.
OPTIONAL: Sprinkle on vegan parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast.
