Pink Dragon Fruit Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup organic oats
  • 1 cup dragon fruit
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp brown sugar (add more or less depending on desired sweetness)
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 banana
  • goji berries
  • walnuts
  • cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Add the water, plant-based milk, and oats to a pot and bring to a low boil.
  • Once at a boil, add the dragon fruit. Continue to let it simmer and stir occasionally until the consistency is thick (usually takes about 5-10 minutes).
  • Once it's at your desired consistency, remove from the heat. Serve with a banana, and add the rest of the toppings.
