Pink Dragon Fruit Oatmeal

- 1 cup organic oats
- 1 cup dragon fruit
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp brown sugar (add more or less depending on desired sweetness)
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1 banana
- goji berries
- walnuts
- cranberries
Add the water, plant-based milk, and oats to a pot and bring to a low boil.
Once at a boil, add the dragon fruit. Continue to let it simmer and stir occasionally until the consistency is thick (usually takes about 5-10 minutes).
Once it's at your desired consistency, remove from the heat. Serve with a banana, and add the rest of the toppings.
