Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 pitted date (optional)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (i use coconut milk)
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • a pinch of black pepper (helps with curcumin absorption. always consume with turmeric)

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
