DIY Eucalyptus Shower Mist
Create a refreshing spa experience at home with this easy DIY eucalyptus shower mist. It’s simple to make and elevates your daily routine.
Ingredients
- 1 100 mL amber glass bottle
- 10-20 drops eucalyptus essential oil
- 1 pinch of high quality sea salt (acts as a "solubilizer," helping to disperse the essential oil molecules throughout the water, as essential oils naturally separate from water due to their different chemical properties; without a solubilizer like salt, the oil would simply float on the surface in large droplets)
Instructions
- In your 100 mL amber glass bottle, add 10-20 drops of high quality eucalyptus essential oil
- Top with distilled water
- Add a pinch of sea salt
- Shake up and spray on shower walls during your next shower
