One of my core beliefs is that yoga is for every body. Whether it’s your first time trying yoga or if you’ve been practicing for years, 1:1 classes are for anyone looking to change their life and deepen their yoga practice.

1:1s can be especially beneficial for:

athletes or anyone who works out – yoga improves flexibility, balance, coordination, and lung function – all of which are key to reaching peak performance and preventing injury.

beginners – this is the easiest and quickest way to learn the foundations of yoga

First, we connect and get to know each other. Together, we decide if private classes are a good fit. If they are, that’s where the magic happens.

From there, I create a class designed specifically for you – your body, your props, your goals. This experience can be whatever you’d like it to be.

Whether it’s targeting a specific area of the body, learning the basics, emotional release, or something completely different – I’m here with you every step of the way.
